Can I make changes/cancel my order?

• Please be sure of your order before placing. Once your order is placed. No changes and/or cancellations can be made. No exchanges can be made.

Can I return my hair order?

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON EDGE CONTROL, WAX STICK, WIGS, LASHES AND/OR BONNETS.

We are pleased to offer a refund on UNOPENED hair extensions within 3 days of receiving your order, on Hair Extensions that has not been opened, the seal broken or tampered with. If the seal is broken or has been tampered with. The hair will be returned to you and NO refund will be issued!!!

*Absolutely No Exchanges after the hair and/or products has been shipped. No returns on WIGS, lashes, hair wax, bonnets, edge control or brushes.

When returning please include a note with your Order number and reason for returning.

 *Returning the Hair will be the customer’s responsibility on shipping fees back to us.

When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are normally returned to your bank card within 24-48 hours.

What if my package is lost/stolen?

•We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

•Absolutely no refunds during the shipping process. 

Can I cancel my order?

•Once your order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled unless you pay a 3% restocking fee.

Does the hair shed?

•The hair has minimal to no shedding. No tangling.

What grade is the hair?

•All hair is the highest grade 100% Raw Virgin Human Hair.

•Hair will last 1-2 years or longer with proper care. 

Are the bundles thick?

•Each bundle is thick and contains a good amount of hair. Ordering longer lengths tend to become thinner because it’s by gram. Each bundle weighs 100 grams.

RECOMMENDATIONS: If ordering longer length bundles (i.e. 24 and up) we suggest ordering 4 bundles for a full look. Bundles are 100 gram each. Longer lengths tend to be slightly thinner.

Can the hair be dyed, colored, straightened?

•Yes, the hair takes color with no issues. And it’s still soft. Curly and Wavy hair can be straightened.

How long is Processing time?

•3-5 business days before your order is shipped.

After processing, how long does it take to ship? 

•You should receive your order in 1-3 business days after processing. Unless there are shipping delays with the carrier.

How many times can I wear the mink lashes?

•They can be worn up to 10 times with proper care.
