Processing/Shipping Policy

We ship orders via USPS and/or UPS. Other shipping carriers will be added in the future.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

After processing your order is shipped. Shipping normally takes 2-3 days via USPS and 1-2 days UPS excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Unless they are experiencing shipping delays beyond our control.

*We recommend you waiting to see when your order will arrive once your tracking number updates from USPS/UPS. Before making any hair appointments.

*We do not offer Express and/or Rush shipping at this time. However, it will be available soon.

Please note: On occasion, shipping may take slightly longer, due to the Covid related issues per USPS. 

*We ship anywhere in U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO).

Worldwide Shipping for other countries is available, including the U.S. we have currency exchange options and you can see your shipping cost before checking out.
