Order processing takes 5 business days, before your order is shipped. Order processing could take longer during the holiday season, due to an increase in orders.

It takes approximately 2-4 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame. Depending on the carrier you choose. 

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can check the status of your package along the way.

*We recommend you wait to schedule any hair appointments until you receive your tracking information. 

*We do not offer express and/or expedited shipping.

Please note: On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing issues, congestion during the holiday season or weather conditions.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO).
